Our Momentum Levels

Level Descriptions:

  • Intermediate - For players who have solid recreational or league experience, understand rotations and positions, and can keep rallies going with regular three-contact play. Players should be comfortable serving, passing, setting, attacking, and communicating in a game setting.

  • Intermediate Plus - For stronger intermediate players and teams that use more structured systems, consistent serve receive, multiple attacking options, and better court coverage. Players should be comfortable with faster rallies, positional responsibility, and higher expectations for ball control.

  • Advanced - For experienced players with strong technical skills, reliable ball control, position-specific awareness, faster offensive and defensive systems, and consistent competitive gameplay. Players should be comfortable with high-tempo rallies and stronger attacking, blocking, and defensive expectations.
